Who we are
LG3 Digital is a one-person digital services business based in Wooster, Ohio, operated by Larry Geraghty. This policy covers the website at lg3digital.com and lg3digitalservices.com (together, the "Site"). You can reach us at hello@lg3digital.com.
Information collected through the contact form
The contact form on this Site asks for your name, email address, and a message. When you submit it, your browser opens a pre-filled email addressed to hello@lg3digital.com — the form itself does not transmit your information to a server or database we control. The information only reaches us if you choose to actually send that email, and from that point it's handled like any other email we receive.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this, and we've configured it to anonymize IP addresses where possible.
You can decline analytics cookies in the banner, or change your mind later by clearing your browser's local storage for this Site and reloading the page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings. Google's own handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using Google's browser add-on.
Other service providers
This Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront) and uses Google Fonts to load typefaces. Loading a page on this Site causes your browser to make requests directly to those providers' servers (for font files, for example), which may log standard request data such as your IP address, independent of anything we do.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run advertising or retargeting on this Site. We don't use the contact form data for anything other than replying to your inquiry, because — as noted above — it never reaches our servers in the first place.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. Emails you send us through the mailto link are retained like any other business correspondence, for as long as is reasonably useful to us.
Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner. Because we don't store contact-form submissions ourselves, there's no database entry to request deletion of on our end — if you've emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, just let us know at the email above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
